At Essential Uniform Ltd, we are here to provide you with the highest quality embroidery and shirt printing.  We also have a range of quality clothing and accessories available for delivery to your location.

Embroidery is the process by which a design is sewn onto a garment using a computerised embroidery machine.  The process gives a highly professional long lasting appearance and is suitable for text or logos.  We use modern industrial embroidery machines which give a professional finish.

To embroider logos onto uniforms chosen then logo has to be digitised using specialist digitising software.  The end result is an embroidered logo that replicates the customer’s artwork exactly.

For the majority of text only embroidery there is no set up charge.  We have choice of fonts from the keyboard that the customer can choose from.  If a specific font is not available a setup charge would be incurred.

Vinyl Transfer Printing

Logos, text, names and numbers can all be cut using different types of vinyl material that give a range of effects.  We at Essential Uniform can cut any name and number in any style and from a wide selection of colours, giving our customers the maximum impact for the range of clothing chosen.

They are then applied to the garments using a heat transfer system.

Screen Printing

Our screen printing is ideal for high runs of large detailed designs, screen printing is a process where your design is separated into individual colours so that a mesh screen can be created for each colour.  The ink is then forced through the mesh onto the garment one colour at a time until the full design has been printed.  

As always we will provide a pdf visual with design size, colours and positions for you to approve.
